The assistant wrote a daily report job. Reports for some regions are off by a day. Why?

@Scheduled(cron = "0 0 0 * * *")
public void dailyReport() {
    LocalDate today = LocalDate.now();
    Date start = java.sql.Date.valueOf(today.minusDays(1));
    Date end = java.sql.Date.valueOf(today);
    reports.generate(salesRepo.between(start, end));
}
