How billing works
The Pro plan costs ₹99 and gives you 30 days of access. Each payment is a separate, one-time transaction processed through Razorpay in Indian Rupees.
Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. GST is not applicable.
Service delivery
Access is digital and instant. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, your account is upgraded and every Pro feature becomes available in the same session. Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery charges or delivery timelines.

Why paid access is normally non-refundable
The 7-day free trial exists so you can evaluate the entire product before spending anything. Once you pay, the full content library is unlocked immediately and cannot be returned, so we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. If you are unsure whether the product suits you, use the trial first.
How to request a refund
Email preparationzone26@gmail.com from the address registered on your account, within 7 days of the charge.
Include your Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_), the amount, and the date.
Tell us briefly what went wrong.
We acknowledge every request within 2 working days and decide within 7 working days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay and normally reach you in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Almost every billing problem can be sorted out directly and far more quickly. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
